All rooms are furnished to a high standard and are well equipped. Double, twin and single rooms on a bed and breakfast basis from £28.00 per person per night (subject to seasonal variations on price). Special rates for longer staying guests (over 1 week), are available as well as for guests who do not require breakfast.

Mobility friendly accommodation including garden room which hosts a wheelchair ramp (built to regulatory specifications) and a large walk in shower room.  Free Wi-Fi access available for all guests.

This accommodation is designed as family accommodation and is suitable for people with minor mobility problems.  All doorways are wide enough for wheelchair access and it is possible to get to the dining room through the double doors at the back of the house. There are no steps – only raised doorbars.

The area offers glorious walks, bird watching, a wealth of historic houses, cycling, horse riding and country pursuits as well as being close to Peddars Way. Located just 5 miles from the seaside town of Hunstanton and the market town of King's Lynn.
