55 properties along the North West Coast and countryside villages. All are Visit England inspected and graded and have achieved at least a 3 star rating unless they are unique with a 2 star rating.

At Birds Norfolk Holiday Homes there is a property to suit every taste and need from our current selection of 55 properties.
 
The properties are either along the North West Coast or in one of the many countryside villages.
 
LARGE FAMILIES
Can enjoy holidaying together with a choice of our properties that cater for 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 persons plus baby.

They have a tiered pricing structure to cater for different size families and one has just been totally extended and refurbished to an excellent high standard which has achieved a 4 star gold grading by Visit England.

Other large properties are also available sleeping up to 8 persons, along the coast. If there are no prices on the website, please call as our system may not recall individual prices structure for such properties.

SEA VIEWS
For coastal holidays seaviews are a must and our latest addition is less than 50 yards from the sea with panoramic views of the Wash from the lounge window.

We have 'upside down' houses with ground floor bedrooms and the lounges upstairs in order to see the sea views and sunsets. Ideal for chilling out or a lazy family seaside holiday! All are also about 50 yards from the promenade and sandy beaches.

COUNTRYSIDE HOLIDAYS
Are ideal for those who wish to escape the busy seaside, to chill out in rural surroundings and there are several properties that fit the bill! 

Still with a cottage feel and  only minutes from the coast, is a luxury lodge which is traditionally furnished yet in a modern style and is hoping to achieve Visit England graded 4 stars and has excellent quality throughout.  Can sleep 6 adults and baby.

SHORT BREAKS
(2/3 nights and 4/5 nights) are only available out of peak season September to April, although such breaks may be accepted at peak times at very short notice, subject to availability. Please contact direct via telephone or email to double check. One night bookings not available.  Short breaks are a percentageof the weekly price.

DISABLED GUESTS 
Children and pets are welcome and full details of our booking system and agency conditions are outlined in our online brochure (see website link in top right hand corner of page).

All holiday properties are individually cleaned and prepared ready for the incoming tenants between each letting and the majority of properties have bed linen and towels supplied. Please check when booking.

PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES
We have a selection of pet friendly properties both in Hunstanton and the surrounding area so these are worth checking out if you have a dog or two.
