Accommodation details Recently modernised and extended, this large detached house is situated on the banks of the River Wye in Litton Mill in the beautiful Millers Dale (heart of the Peak District National Park). The accommodation is spacious and sleeps 11+ in four bedrooms (one of the bedrooms is downstairs). There is a safe garden laid to lawn, enclosed by iron railings, with a natural riverbank leading to the river. Attractive outside furniture and a BBQ are provided with a patio area for relaxing. There is a very large detached garage (parking for two cars) and private drive with secure gates, which can accommodate two cars. The large lounge has a vaulted ceiling with king post truss, log burning stove and surround sound colour TV system. The kitchen is craftsman built with elm surfaces and pine units, large electric range cooker, two fridges, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and dining table in the kitchen. There is an additional dining room with large dining table. The kichen table can be moved into the dining room for very large groups to dine together. There is a large hall with plenty of space for coats and boots and additional seating. The separate utility room houses the washing machine and dryer with overhead traditional style clothes airer. There are two modern bathrooms, one an en-suite shower room and the other a family bathroom with separate shower and bath. There is an additional downstairs shower with WC, which is proving popular for mobility impaired guests.  The house has exposed stone walls and beamed ceilings providing an old world charm, whilst giving the benefits of modern luxury. All needs are catered for to provide a 'home for home' relaxed holiday in some of Derbyshire's most spectacular countryside.
