Yew Tree Farmhouse is a stunning Queen Anne/Georgian period home and is one of the region's most desirable holiday homes offering the very best in self catering accommodation in the southern Cotswolds, set within spacious surroundings and in complete privacy. 

Internally, the owners have made the most of the classic features the house offers (enormous rooms with huge windows) and mixing these imaginatively with contemporary furniture and furnishings that together make this an unforgettable experience. With such space and a lovely 'feel', it is a first choice for groups who want the very best in fine Cotswolds accommodation.

Externally, the house sits on the edge of the pretty village of Hannington Wick, and is surrounded on all sides by its own grounds, including a large and private garden, a paddock plus additional barns. Collectively there is ample space for families or groups of all ages to 'spread out' and feel completely relaxed.

Entrance through to Breakfast Room with large table with 6 chairs, plasma TV with Freeview and views across the garden. Beamed Kitchen, fully equipped with gas Aga and bread oven, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. Door opens onto the terrace and garden. Dining Room  a vast room with a large dining table seating 14 people with a large period fireplace. Living Room a large room with sofas, armchairs and bean bags, 42” plasma TV with Freeview a DVD player and open fireplace. Snug Room with sofa (folding to bed for two people*) leading to downstairs Bathroom. Bathroom with walk in shower, washbasin and WC. Utility / Boot Room, (adjacent to Breakfast Room) with washing machine, tumble dryer, chest freezer and Belfast sink. This is accessed from outside making it ideal for boots and coats after a country walk.

 1st Floor:
Master Bedroom with King size double bed, sofa, chest of drawers plus built in wardrobe and shelves. 
Bedroom Two with King size double bed, sofa, chest of drawers plus built in wardrobe and shelves. 
Bedroom Three with double bed and a single bed, chest of drawers and hanging space. 
Bedroom Four double bed, hanging rail and chest of drawers. 
Bedroom Five with single bed / day bed with drawers underneath and hanging rail (Please note this bedroom is enclosed by a curtain only).
Bathroom One with bath, walk in shower, washbasin and WC. 
Bathroom Two with bath with wall fixed overhead shower, bidet, washbasin and WC.

2nd Floor:
Bedroom Six with double bed plus two single beds with a pull out single trundle underneath*, hanging rail and chest of drawers. Bedroom Seven with King Size double bed plus single bed* with a pull out bed underneath*, hanging rail and chest of drawers.  Bathroom with Bath with wall fixed overhead shower, washbasin and WC.

There are also 2 small pony stables (Please enquire if you require stabling) which can also be used as kennels.  A small stream runs through the adjoining paddock and can be accessed from the garden (Parents be aware). Wireless Broadband included throughout the property.

Plenty of off street parking available, including covered car parking spaces.
High chair x 2 and cot x 2 available upon request.
Well behaved dogs considered at a cost of £50 per pet per week.

Please note that the maximum occupancy for the house is 14 - 17 people depending on sleeping configurations, but it is important to highlight that a maximum of 14 can be accommodated around the dining table. Additional seating is available in the breakfast room.

The Availability Calendar is updated weekly. Where a booking begins or ends, it is shown as unavailable. However there is a change over period so while it may appear the property is booked out, it may be possible to begin your stay the afternoon before an available date or end your stay the morning of a seemingly booked up date. All availability will be confirmed upon enquiry.
